For optimized paper drilling parameters: Continuously variable stroke & spindle speed

Modern finishing includes drilling of many different materials and hole diameters. For optimum results individual adjustment of the drilling settings is essential.

With the suitable rate of work even difficult materials such as recycled paper, coated paper and plastic films can be processed without drill bit breakage and in profitable pile heights.

All Dürselen paper drilling systems offer a short stroke function when drilling lower piles. With this function the drill heads do not return to the top position after the first stroke but just leave the pile. By saving time for the up and down movement the output of the paper drilling systems is increased.

The continuoulsy variable stroke and spindle speed control for the paper drill bits is included with all automated Dürselen paper drilling systems. In addition to the full application flexibility this function also allows an easy and comfortable process for drill bit length adjustment.
